How do I change the listed primary blog name?

  I would like to change the name of my primary blog listed. I changed my blog name to a custom name last year and would like that name to be listed in my settings and Webmaster Tools as my primary blog name. Is it feasible to make changes without creating more headaches for myself? How do I do it and are there drawbacks to making such changes? All clarifications appreciated.
