how do i change the Log in "Email or username"?

    I want to change the “Log in Email or username” (from the email address of the website designer who helped me) to my email address but can’t figure out how to do that. Whenever I sign in, I must use her email address. When I reply to a comment, her email address shows up. I’ve got to get that changed. The log in password doesn’t need to change. It’s fine. How do I get the Log in username changed? Thanks for your help.
