how do i change the name of my blog

I want to change the Blog Name (as it shows up in My Blogs under Dashboard), but I can’t find a way to do it. I’ve changed the site title, thinking that was it, but apparently, I was wrong.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Looking the below threads, I’m guessing the change is tied up in the cache/cookies some place. I haven’t tried clearing my cache and cookies but you may want to try that.
