How do I change the name of my site

  I just want to change the name of my site (the name in the upper right hand corner when I;m in the dashboard) but I have no idea why that is so hard! Help!

  As in the WHS HLE? Go to your dashboard, then go to Settings -> General, at the top you can change the Site Title, as well as the tagline (which is currently ‘Just another WordPress.com weblog’)
