How do I change the name of my website?

  I am setting up my website, and I have entered in the title ‘Melissa Centgraf Props Portfolio.’ This shows up at the top of every page. After some editing feedback, I would like to change it to say ‘Melissa Centgraf Prop Artisan.’ I cannot figure out where I can change this without having to set up a completely new website. All the other content is how I would like it to be. I don’t want to go through the hassle of entering it again.
