How do I change the name on one of my blogs to the name of another blog i own?

  I have two blogs. I’d like to change the name of blog A to the name of blog B, and close blog B.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there,

  You can change the Site title (blog name) by going to Dashboard>Settings>General and then clicking “save changes” once done.

  Please note that the Site title (blog name) and blog address URL can’t be the same, which means that by closing blog B you won’t be able to use its URL name for blog A.
