how do I change the name servers

  Hi there – my email hosting service http://www.freeparking.co.nz asked me to change the nameservers from my site (which was http://www.cushlabower.wordpress.com which I have upgraded to my own domain http://www.cushlabower.com). I have no idea how to do this & was wondering what I need to do? They have asked me to change them to:

  ns.freeparking.co.nz
  ns2.freeparking.co.nz

  Would really appreciate if you can please shed some light on this.
