How do I change the name that shows up when I share my blog link on FB etc?

I’ve changed the name of my blog from the original name that I created it with by using General settings>site title
It has changed but when i publish a new post and i copy and paste my the link to my page to FB, the old name is still coming up, not the new one. I refreshed the page, logged out and back in etc and i am still having this problem.

Facebook is a little “slow” and it can take them several days to catch up to changes, but they will eventually. It just might take some time.
