How do I change the nameserver of my domain to move to self-hosted WordPress?

  I’m migrating a domain registered with WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress.org installation. I am trying to follow the instructions for changing the nameservers for a domain that are located at http://asym.us/twnVty and the interface described and shown in the documentation looks nothing like what I see in my administration panel. Can you please indicate how I can change the nameserver for the domain until the domain is free to be transferred to my registrar?

  Nameserver settings are available only to the account that registered the domain. User accounts that were delegated admin permission to a domain do not have the nameserver settings visible.
