How do I change the number that I use to log into my wordpress site?

  Someone has been accessing my site and phone so its important to make this change. I’ve been receiving wordpress verification code on my phone even when I’m not on the internet nor have tried to log in.

  Maybe someone else has created a website on word press and because they can access my old phone easily by hacking, as the person has been doing for many years it is very dangerous to keep using this number. God he knows what this criminal is posting on the blog he has created and is using my phone number as security to log in to and then try and make it seem as if I’m the owner. Furthermore lots of people has been hounding me down in the streets so I’m one hundred percent sure that there is a group or one criminal hacker using my number, it’s very scary so I need to change it now.
