How do I change the order of pages?

  I can create a new page but how do I insert it between two existing pages?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please clarify whether or not your are referring to Pages that do not in the case of your theme have dates stamps embedded into the URLs or if you are referring to posts which do have datestamps embedded into the URLs.

  Example of a Page URL > http://anastaplo.wordpress.com/postings-in-selected-writings-by-george-anastaplo/

  Example of a post URL > http://anastaplo.wordpress.com/2013/05/20/of-things-that-are-not/

  You mean how do insert the link to it in the top menu.
  You assign order numbers to the pages, or you create a custom menu.
