How do I change the order of posts after changing the time zone?

Hi, I just started a blog. I first published 2 posts and while going over the settings changed my time zone to -6 (for Chicago) and then published 2 more posts. So now it’s like my first 2 posts were published after my last 2. How can I fix this?

    Thanks in advance

A blog is designed to show the most recent posts first, and earlier posts below; the format is reverse chronological order. You blog looks perfectly normal to me.

Are you trying to make your posts chronological with (for example) chapter 1 on top followed by chapters 2, 3, 4, and so on? Keep in mind that regular readers of your blog are most interested in seeing the latest post quickly without having to scroll through page after page of material they have already seen! But there is a way to do that:

    Write a Book

No that’s not it. I’m actually trying to put them in reverse chronological order. See the titles of my posts? The order I want is “4”, “3”, “2”, “1”. I first published “1”, then “2” then “3” and lastly “4”, but after publishing “2”, I changed my time zone to UTC -6 and published “3” and “4”. So because the default time zone is 6 hours ahead of the one I’m using now, it looks as if “1” and “2” were published after “3” and “4” and appear on top.
    Thanks for your time

Go to Posts > All Posts, click Quick Edit under the post title, change date and/or time, click Update.

That did it. Odd that changing date/time is only available in quick edit.

    Thanks a lot

    You’re welcome.
It’s not available in quick edit only, it’s just faster this way.
