How do I change the page my posts are published to?

  I’m trying to set up my site and I’m really struggling because of lack of experience and only access to a tablet. If I write a post it publishes to my ‘about’ page, I would of course like it to publish to the page named ‘Blog’ thanks for your help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
