How do I change the phrase "Leave a comment" so a different wording?

  I read that I can change the “Leave a comment” phrase on my blog page but I can’t see where or how to do that.

  Unfortunately, that level of customization is a bit beyond what can be done at WordPress.com.

  With a Custom Design upgrade, you could hide it via CSS, but you can’t change the wording.
