How do I change the picture people see when I share a post to FaceBook?

  i have already changed my Gravatar. How do I change the picture people see when I share a post to FaceBook? My old photo still show up whenever I share a blog post on FaceBook.

  The image choice in this case is entirely up to Facebook.

  They use a very strict set of criteria, which we do not have control over.
