How do I change the picture that appears when I share my blog posts on Facebook?

  I have already emptied the cached, and history and I have updated my gravatar and blavatar, but it is still showing the old picture.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Aside from this link http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#images-in-publicize we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
