How do I change the post text color in twenty ten?

  Hi, I’m new to CSS, but I have some html and coding experience so I’ve been able to figure out some things.

  I’m working on this site: http://www.oriordan-law.com/wordpress/
  (The site is sometimes slow to load. Not sure why…)

  I’d like to change the color of the Title Post – “Traders Beware..” – and the color of the black text in the sidebar. How do I do that? The theme is twenty ten.
