How do I change the pre-sets in the Seedlet theme?

How do I change the pre-sets in the Seedlet theme? For example, it comes with a biography about some guy named Jeffrey and some pictures of seeds. I would like to replace those. There are also little social media Facebook/Instagram/Twitter buttons, but it’s not clear how I link these to my accounts.

Hi there,
Of what site are you speaking? The site at https://christinaligh.wordpress.com/ is using the Hemingway Rewritten theme, not Seedlet.
That is just demo content, and you can edit it the same way you edit any content on a site. Go to My Site ->Site ->Pages/Posts and edit the page you want. Once you’re in the editor you can replace any existing content with your own.
The site title and tagline can be edit at My Site ->Manage ->Settings, or at My Site ->Design ->Customize ->Site Identity, but if you apply this theme to an existing site it should display the existing site title you have set.
There are also little social media Facebook/Instagram/Twitter buttons
I assume you’re speaking of sharing buttons on the posts? Those aren’t linked to a particular account, but are used by your site visitors to share your posts to their accounts.

The layout of the homepage is set using a combination of text and media (image) blocks. A bit like Legos if you will, but for page layout.
You can edit your homepage blocks here: https://wordpress.com/pages/
Once you get there, click on the “Home” page in the list, and you will see that you can click on text to delete/replace it, as well as add your own blocks to create a custom layout. More info about working with Blocks here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/
