How do I change the profile name?

The title that appears on the tab… I believe this is called a profile name. Can this be changed? If so, where?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your Personal profile, or you Blog name? The blog name is changed under Settings->General. Your profile name is changed on your profile page, under “Nickname”.

Just in case that’s not what you mean, and what you want to change is your username then that’s not possible. However, you can change what is seen on your posts and comments by changing the display name (nickname) in your profile. See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/
