How do I change the RSS deed text at the top of my Blog?

  RE This TEXT at the top of my Blog: “iHey there! Thanks for dropping by Linear B, Knossos & Mycenae! Take a look around and grab the RSS feed to stay updated. See you around!”

  I don’t like it at all. It is much too colloquial for a research blog such as my own. How do I change the text?
