How do I change the settings to allow scrolling?

  When I open the link to word press from my website, a new window open that has no scrolling options and not allowing all content to be viewed.

  I am still new to blogging, but want people to be able to read my information.

  Any suggections?

  It sounds like you’re opening a wonky window. https://questmac.wordpress.com allows scrolling.

  No, I don’t know why your browser won’t let you scroll. What browser are you using?

  Using Firefox.

  I worked out what the problem was :)

  In the software I used to design the website, it opened a pop-up window for the blog screen. The controls were set to a static window. When I changed the settings, it gave me access to the window config screen allowing scrolling and resizing.
