How do I change the smaller circled image on the Fictiv blog design header image

I’m trying to change the smaller circled image on my current Fictiv blog design. I can only seem to change the larger header image, please can you help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The smaller circle image is a gravatar image. Consult your detailed theme description and scroll down to “Gravatar Email”.
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/fictive/Gravatars/blavatars do not show up instantly after uploading them. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change. Do not keep uploading!
