How do I change the subject line in emails my followers get?

    Hi- I would like to change some things on the emails followers receive when I post- the subject line and who it shows it is from. Where can I do this? And do you know why it would have a number in the subject line?
    I know it must be simple but I just can’t find it, thanks!
