How do I change the tagline in the RSS feed?

  I have changed my tagline on the Settings/General page of the dashboard, but when I try to share this page via RSS feed the old tagline still comes up. Can this be changed, and if so how?

  RSS feeds are cached, so your feed will be updated the next you publish a post.
