HOW do I change the tagline of my blog

  It tells me I CAN but it doesn’t tell me HOW DO I CHANGE the site tagline?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Site titles (Blog Names) and optional Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.

  I cannot figure it out. I went to settings, but no general option came up to change my tagline. I am so frustrated I am ready to delete the dang thing!!! This is my blog, and I made a mistake in my tagline. Ugh. SO frustrated!! http://thehcgrd.wordpress.com/

  Thank you. I was on my desktop and it wouldn’t work, but once I tried it on my iPad, instant success.
