how do I change the text in the main header

  Below the name of my blog in the Koi theme it reads “Just another WordPress.com site.” How do I change this??

  I searched for “Just another WordPress.com site” and we find these results > https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/just-another-wordpresscom-site
  it’s an optional Tagline and it can be completely removed or like your Blog Title it can be changed at any time on this page > Settings > General
