How do I change the time and date on my blog?

  I’m not sure how to change the time and date. The site says it’s 7 hours ahead of my time and I want to change it to my time.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can set your own time zone from your Dashboard. Go to Settings > General. Don’t forget to Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
