how do i change the time zone?

my time zone is totally wrong and i want to change em. am using the website wordpress and not the downloaded version. and if i change e timezone, the post disappears! GAH! help!

why don’t u edit the post’s timestamp? maybe it won’t disappear then. just click on the timestamp at the sidebar when you edit it.
