  Can you please let me know what title you are referring to?

  If you are referring to the website title, please check the information below:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/general-settings/

  If you are referring to changing a page title, you can simply open the page and edit the title at the top by removing what’s in that text box and updating it with the new title.
