How do I change the title?

  On the right side, I have things like

  THE PAGES
  THE SEARCH
  THE STORAGE
  THE CATEGORIES
  THE META

  How do I change the title of those and edit what content is placed in.

  You can’t. The titles are hardcoded into the theme you have chosen. Moreover, it’s a theme that does not have widgets despite what it says on the Presentation Themes Page which is:

  Green Marinée by Ian Main – A very versatile green two-column theme with widgets and lots of style.

  If you don’t want to change themes then your only alternative is to purchase an upgrade and customize the css.
