  My blog has been inactive for several years. I would like to replace its old title with a new one. How do I do that?

  If you want to change the title of a WordPress.COM hosted site, which is the text displayed in the title bar of a web browser and in the header of most themes, you can do so under My Site → Customizer → Site Identity.
