How do I change the title of my blog?

I’ve been looking through the forums and Google to see how I can change the title of my blog. I see some people say go to Settings > General but I don’t see that anywhere either. My theme is: Inuit

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is correct: settings—>general—>change title and save
While you are logged in, this should get there:
http://yochrischen.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php -
By the way, “settings” is the bottom icon on the left of your dashboard. I think it is supposed to look like on-off switches.

In addition, hover your mouse cursor over the menu icons, and the titles will be revealed.

Yes, that is true if you have collapsed that module to show only the icons and no text labels on them. :P
