how do i change the top header menu position

hi can someone tell me how do i change the top header position that shows the (catagories ) to be centered above the Logo instead of 2 the right? And also delete the big Home Button underneath the logo?
3. How can i try the top header menu in the small fonts to go underneath the logo?
4. how can i try social media icons to go underneath the logo?

I noticed you’ve submitted several duplicate requests recently. You’re getting caught in our spam filter quite a bit, so it probably looks like your posts are immediately closed.
