How do I change the address of my blog? I would like it to be Julescrafticalmagic instead of Crafticalmagic.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can change a site address ending in wordpress.com by following the steps here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
Please note that the final step in changing your site address allows you to keep or discard the old address. If you are changing your site address so that you can use the address for a new site, please be sure to keep the old address.

To clarify, if you choose to discard the old address, please also be aware that you will never be able to recover that address.
If the new address is available, why not register it as a second site under your username? http://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-new-site to-an-existing-account I believe Staff can move your followers and stats over for you. (Staff confirmation welcomed!)
