How do I change the url address for my current wordpress blog?

I’d like to change the url for my wordpress website and possibly upgrade it to premium. Ideally, I would like the url/domain to be the same for a site I currently own under weebly.com. Could you please let me know what’s possible here? Thank you!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot have a domain here be the same as a domain elsewhere. Domains only lead to one website. You can get whatever.wordpress.com and whatever.wix.com and whatever.blogspot.com though.
