How do I change the URL of my blog?

  I cannot get to the right page to change the url of my WordPress.com blog. I’ve done it in the past but the current tutorial saying to click “My Blogs” is NOT working. I get to “My Blogs” page but there is no “Change Blog Address” option.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just to be sure, are you following the steps mentioned here?

  If yes, are you using tablet when accessing the My Blogs page? The option seem to only appear when hovered, so try using a PC with a mouse to see it.

  There is no link for “change blog address”
