How do I change the URL of my site to the URL of a site I just deleted?

I wish to change my site’s URL to the URL of a site I have just deleted. How can I do so? It tells me the site already exists but it has now been deleted

Sorry – deleted sites are gone forever, there were several warning to that effect. Blog URL’s are never recycled, you will need to pick a new name
