How do I change the way my posts appear on facebook?

I’m trying to figure out how to change the way my posts appear on facebook. Every time I schedule/post a new blog, it shows up in my facebook news feed with my wordpress gravatar profile picture instead of the content I’m linking. So my news feed just looks like I post the same picture of myself over and over again.
How can I change it so it will show the content, or at least title, of my blog instead?
It also does this on my Google+.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We have no control over the images that Facebook or any other social networks chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
