    How do I change the web address to something else?
    I want to completely delete my account and start over, new topic and everything. I would need to change my web address too but I’m getting frustrated trying. I want to use my same email address, I just want the web address changed.

    If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then (1) you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that and (2) the URL you desire must be available. If so then you can change the URL by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

    I advise, however, that you just set your existing blog to Private and register a whole new blog from the Manage My Blogs page of the global dashboard. That way you have a private blog you can use for testing things like themes, widgets, embeds, and it doesn’t make a mess of your public blog. Also, when you change a blog address the old one is gone forever.
