How do I change the website name for my blog?

  Hi – I have a default domain name that ‘never’ expires ‘secretworldofpregnancy.wordpress.com’.
  But I would like to change this to reflect the title of my blog. Is this possible? What do you advise? Many thanks.

  Site titles (Blog Names) and optional Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.
