How do I change the widget heading font? It's stuck on the theme default font.

  I have the DailyMag theme from Upthemes on the site I’m creating at https://innocentorguk.wordpress.com/.

  On the ‘Follow by Email’ widget, the font does not update – I’ve tried recreating the widget and changing the font etc. several times. Can I fix this problem using custom css?
