how do I change the word 'Home' on the blog home page & title it something else?

  I would like to change the title of the home page of http://zencitydesign.wordpress.com/
  from “home” to “zcd blog”.
  Can you help?

  You can do that with a Custom Menu at http://zencitydesign.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php .

  You can add a custom link to your home page as a menu item (the option will be on the left side of the menus page).
