How do I change what facebook posts?

When I write a new entry, it posts that on Facebook. Awesome, that’s what I want!
But it then posts my text (I wrote a new blogpost) with the whole content of the blogpost behind it, and then a link. I would like for it to only show the link, not the whole content. Now it basically goes:
I have a new post bla bla
Bla bla is what I use when I don’t know what to write. [link]Bla bla is what I use when I don’t know what to write[/link]Does anyone know how to change this? I couldn’t find it, but I’m also quite the n00b and non-tech :s Sorry!

This link should help you get started on publicizing your posts, not just for Facebook but also Twitter, Tumblr etc. but there is a specific section if you scroll down that describes how you can create a customized message that introduces your post on your linked services.
