How Do I change Which User Is Billed For My Account

  Hello,

  Another member of my company signed up for and provided billing info for blog.acx.com on WordPress. I have now taken over the blog from him, and we are up for a renewal. I need to switch the main account holder and payee from him to me. I cannot figure out how to do this. Please help.

  Hi there,

  I can transfer the billing over to be under your username, however in order to do so I will need to contact the original owner to get their permission. Are you OK with me doing so?

  Nope, I have to use the account information which is on file for the account which holds the upgrades.

  I’ll try and get in touch with them and will update you either here or via an email to your email address on file with any additional information!

  Heya,

  You’re all sorted! I have transferred the WordPress.com Premium upgrade over to you. I also saw that you were effectively paying twice for a couple of items (you had opted separately for some products which are included in the WordPress.com Premium bundle), so I either cancelled or combined them. You’ll only be responsible for the Premium product and you won’t have any loss in functionality! :)
