Hi there,
You should be able to see your widgets and sidebars if you go to the link below:
https://chredeemer.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php
Let me know if you’re still experiencing the problem. When I take a look at your Dashboard, it appears everything is working properly. If you’re not seeing a working Widget screen, please send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Just let me know when I am able to see the image, and I’ll take a look.
The page at the following link has some helpful tips for taking screenshots:
Thanks so much!

I am back. I still am not able to get the widget menu on the left side of the widgets on the dashboard. appearance-widgets .
I put a screen shot on my media.
This seems to be a problem on my laptop but not my phone.

Thanks for the image. It was helpful for me to see.
I suspect you might be having a conflict with your PC’s IE browser, if you are able to view your widget menu correctly on your phone.
If you are not currently using the most updated version of Internet Explorer (which is version 11), please upgrade your browser:

If you are using the most updated version, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies:
Additionally, can you please view you Appearance → Widgets on another browser, such as Firefox, or Chrome?
I’m looking forward to hearing how this troubleshooting goes. Let me know if you have questions! Thanks.
