How do I change/upload the small image that appears top left on blog?

How do I change the image next to my sites name on the top, left hand side of my blog screen, I click there to access my dashboard etc. but I can’t change the image!! I’ve never done this and it’s driving me nuts, hanks community!

No, I’m a volunteer, as many of us are on these forums, but we very much appreciate the thanks from people who want help!
I did see your other response. You can see what anyone here has posted by clicking on the word under the username on the left. Note: paid staff have a different colored background and the word under their usernames is something like “happiness engineer” or “theme wranger” or so on…
