How do I choose a Theme?

I have set up a website through wordpress.com and have the option of transferring my work website http://www.learningskillsacademy.org to wordpress
Having looked around I really like these two websites and would like to model ours after them:
http://www.thewindwardschool.org
http://www.landmarkschool.orgHow do I find the theme that would get me closest, if I’m not sure which features my ideal website uses?

The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are found here > Appearance > Themes
See http://wordpress.com/themes/ for the Themes Showcase where there are feature filters in the searchbox that you can use to narrow your choices.
Note also that we Volunteers and Staff do not assist with theme selection as it’s subjective decision making process and there are over 220 themes. We are focused on providing assistance with support issues only. -
RATS! Forget what I posted above. That’s not a free hosted WordPress.com blog. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We can’t help you here at all.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate. See here http://wordpress.ORG/support/ and if you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
