How do I clear this problem?

  This message has appeared every time for weeks. I have cleared cache and cookies. I am using Firefox, current version.

  Service Error: There was a problem getting the configuration information. Please try again later.

  “Later” is not happening. How do I clear this problem?

  Does this error message display when you load your site in a different browser?

  Would it be possible to upload a screenshot to help in troubleshooting?

  I tried another browser, and it’s a link to a video. Not sure why Firefox doesn’t like it, but now I know I can ignore it.
