  I started a blog, but now don’t need it. How do I shut it down?

  Hi there :)

  This post guides you through the process of deleting your blog: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  In this case, it’s WP Admin > Tools > Delete Site. As the post mentions, be certain that you want to completely get rid of the blog first before deleting – you won’t be able to use the same address for another WordPress.com site after deletion, so it’s worth considering the other options listed.
