how do I close my blog?

  What do you mean by close?

  To delete your blog, it’s Dashboard -> Options -> Delete Blog. Please read the instructions and understand them because once you click onb that final link, your blog is gone and there’s no going back.

  If you mean close it off from public view, it’s Dashboard -> Options -> Privacy.
